Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to any AutomaatioSoft extension at any time, for any reason. To cancel email support@automaatiosoft.com with your subscription details and request cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

  • No Prorated Refunds
    Cancelling mid-subscription does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the unused portion of that period. You retain full access until the next renewal date.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you decide within 7 days of your initial purchase that the extension does not meet your needs, you can request a full refund:

  1. Email support@automaatiosoft.com with your order number or transaction ID within 7 days of purchase.
  2. We will approve and process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  3. After 7 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

3. No Data Collection on Cancellation

Cancelling or requesting a refund does not affect any client-side data or configurations stored in your browser. We do not collect or retain your usage data, so there is nothing to erase on our end.
